Aim and Benefits of University of Queensland (UQ) Bachelors

The UQ Sport Scholarship Ambassador Program 2021 is valued at AUD 1,500 in support services per athlete per year. The scholarships will be awarded annually by the UQ Sport Academy upon recommendation from the selection committee. The selection committee will determine the number of scholarships available each year.

Requirements for University of Queensland (UQ) Bachelors Qualification

• have represented at an open, national or international level in their chosen sport; or
• play in a professional sporting league; and
• are enrolled, or intend to enrol, in a University of Queensland program (undergraduate or postgraduate) on a part-time or full-time basis.
• Preference will be given to students who are members of, or intend to join, a UQ sporting club.
• Athletes who hold another UQ sporting scholarship are ineligible to apply.
