• Applicants of OREGON CONSULAR CORPS INTERNATIONAL STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP 2021 must have an offer from Portland State University for an undergraduate or graduate degree programme in a International & Global Studies to avail this scholarship.
• Candidates applying for OREGON CONSULAR CORPS INTERNATIONAL STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP 2021 can be both domestic or international students
