The University of Waterloo has initiated Hira and Kamal Ahuja International Graduate Scholarship, 2021 to offer students who are planning to pursue their Masters, Doctoral courses at the university. This scholarship is made possible by a donation from Professor Hira Ahuja.

Aim and Benefits of University of Waterloo Masters Scholarship

Successful applicants of the Hira and Kamal Ahuja International Graduate Scholarship, 2021 will receive scholarship value of $20,000.

Requirements for University of Waterloo Masters Scholarship Qualification

• Open to all international students.
• Applicants must be full-time graduate student with a valid Canadian study permit enrolled in the Masters or Doctoral program in the Faculty of Engineering.
• Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence (minimum 80%).

Note: Preference will be given to students who either completed their undergraduate degree at Thapar University in Punjab or graduated from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and who have been living in India.

Eligible Programs:

Engineering, Architecture, MBET, Chemical Engineering, Civil & Environmental Eng, Electrical & Computer Eng, Management Sciences, Mechanical & Mechatronics Eng, Systems Design Engineering.
