2025 Scholarships and Grants from the "San Juan de Dios" University School of Nursing and Physiotherapy at Comillas Pontifical University

The "San Juan de Dios" School of Nursing and Physiotherapy - Comillas (EUEF), through its sponsor, the San Juan de Dios Foundation, allocates a portion of its annual budget to grant scholarships and study grants to promote the training of those in need of institutional support.

Aim and Benefits of Scholarships and Grants

The awarding of scholarships and grants for all programs will be decided by the EUEF San Juan de Dios Scholarship and Grant Committee. Grants will be awarded annually, and renewal must be requested. All scholarships and grants described in this document are subject to budget availability.

Requirements for Scholarships and Grants Qualification

They are aimed at prospective and current students of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy at the "San Juan de Dios" University School of Nursing and Physiotherapy.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Scholarships and Grants

The deadline for submitting applications for grants for current students of the San Juan de Dios School of Nursing and Physiotherapy is from April 1 to July 4 (both inclusive) .

It is an essential requirement to receive study aid to have passed all the subjects of the university degree being studied, even if they were passed in an extraordinary examination session.

The resolution of the aid for current students will be resolved on September 5 .

New students, if admitted , may submit their application for financial aid until July 4th, inclusive. They will receive their decision between July 10th and 15th.

In July and August, applications for self-help will be assessed individually, and a deadline for submitting the required documentation will be indicated.

Documents Required for Application

All current and new students who wish to apply for financial aid for the 2025-2026 academic year must provide the following documentation:

• Certification issued by the Tax Agency, relating to the income tax return for the most recent fiscal year (2024) for all members of the family unit. This certification can be obtained immediately and free of charge through the Tax Agency's website .
• If any family member is not required to file a tax return and is not included in the father or mother's tax return, a Certificate of Income Imputations for 2024 will be requested. This certificate can be obtained immediately and free of charge through the Tax Agency's website . 
• Photocopy of the ID of all members included in section D of the application form.
• In the event of separation or divorce, both parents will be considered part of the family unit, regardless of their current marital status.
• Proof of other income, such as widowhood, orphanhood, or disability, must be submitted where applicable.
• Students who declare themselves independent must present a family registration certificate (which must be from the address where the student will reside during the academic year) and a photocopy of the current rental agreement, in the student's name.
