2026 BMW Group Project Management Intern in Austria

You are offered the opportunity to work in a global team within the BMW Group at the interface between production, purchasing, and development. Become part of our team in the "Projects for New Drive Systems" department now through an internship.

What can you expect?

• Supporting the plant project management in controlling engine and sub-projects from logistics, mechanical manufacturing, assembly, quality, purchasing and development.
• Application of project standards (synchronization checklists, risk control lists, schedules, renovation plans, layouts, etc.).
• Organization and documentation of project meetings, steering committees and workshops.
• Updating cockpit report boards, maturity level displays and key performance indicators.
• Improvement of work processes.
• Building intranet pages.

Requirements for BMW Group Internship Qualification

• Active enrollment in a university/university of applied sciences (preferably in a technical field or comparable course of study).
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Access and website creation is an advantage.
• Good English skills.
• Experience in project management is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
