Requirements for University of Southampton Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification
To get this scholarship you must:
- apply and receive an offer to study for an eligible University of Southampton course
- exceed your course entry requirements
- not receive any external sponsorship covering 100% of the tuition fees
- be an international student paying the overseas fee
Check if you will pay the Overseas fee.
This global talent scholarship is not available to students studying:
- on PGCert, PGDip, Foundation or PGR courses
- on Distance Learning courses
- with a partner institution
- at our campus in Malaysia
- on Study Abroad courses
- as an exchange or partner student
- on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses
- only pre-sessional English – pre-sessional English students with an offer to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level can still apply
Application Deadline

To apply for this global talent scholarship:
- apply for an eligible undergraduate or a postgraduate course at the University of Southampton
- complete and submit the online application form by:
- 7 April 2026, 5pm (UK time) for the first round
- 30 June 2026, 5pm (UK time) for the second round
