2026 University of Surrey Languages Undergraduate Scholarship

This scholarship is open to UK offer-holders for bachelor degree courses or integrated masters programmes at the University of Surrey. Students living outside of University accommodation will be offered this as a cash award.

An automatic award for students studying the below Literature and languages courses.

International offer-holders should apply for the International Excellence scholarship instead.

Aim and Benefits of University of Surrey Undergraduate Scholarship

• This scholarship is open to UK offer-holders for 2026 entry, and is awarded as a £1,000 accommodation fee waiver in the first year of study only.

Requirements for University of Surrey Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

Applicants must:

• Be a UK student, with home fee status
• Be starting in September 2026
• Hold an offer to study a full-time bachelors/integrated master’s degree programme at FHEQ Level 4 (first-year entry) in one of the following subjects:
  • English Literature and French BA (Hons)
  • English Literature and Spanish BA (Hons)
  • Modern Languages (French and Spanish) BA (Hons)
  • Business Management and French BA (Hons)
  • Business Management and Spanish BA (Hons)
• Have made their course application through UCAS by 14 January 2026.

Applicants for the foundation year cannot be considered for this award.

Interview date, Process and Venue for University of Surrey Undergraduate Scholarship

You must have made your course application through UCAS by 14 January 2026.
