ABN 2021 Boston Immigrant Professionals Fellowship

This program is a direct effort to address the lack of US work experience barriers that skilled immigrant professionals face and racial and economic disparities in the field. The initiative will place ten talented, diverse, and multilingual Black immigrant professionals from Africa and the Caribbean in a three-month paid fellowship in a non-clinical position with one of the leading hospitals in the Greater Boston region. Through the training and internship, participants will gain the needed work experience to access jobs in the industry and advance their careers.

Using a comprehensive integration approach, we bridge these gaps and fulfill our mission through orientation workshops, advocacy, and specialized programs that provide access to resources, mentorship, and professional networking.... continue reading
