Over two years you’ll be on a journey of development focusing on both soft skills and the technical abilities required for your position and business area. The journey offers a range of approaches to learning like rotational placements, workshops and job shadowing, all delivering invaluable experience whilst growing a broad network. You’ll be part of a global cohort, working alongside talented individuals from around the world, and contributing to projects that push the boundaries of aviation and space.

What will your experience be like?
As an AGGPian, you’ll be immersed in the fascinating world of aerospace. You might find yourself working on:
- Innovative engineering projects that push the limits of what’s possible;
- Digital technologies that transform the way we design, manufacture, and operate our products;
- Supply chain and procurement strategies that ensure the smooth flow of materials across our global operations; and
- Business administration and finance roles that support the efficient running of our company.
You'll also have annual residential training with your cohort, designed to help you develop your soft skills and business acumen.
Requirements for Airbus Global Graduate Programme Training Qualification
- Candidates with a maximum of three years relevant work experience (where applicable); and to ensure that you have, or will have, graduated before the start date of the programme.

Game based assessment
- After you submit your application you may be invited to complete an Arctic Shores assessment, all the instructions for this will be in the email. Airbus use the tool to evaluate your potential and fit for the programme.
Assessment centre
- Airbus use assessment centres to evaluate your skills and competencies through various activities, such as group exercises and interviews. These take place online, and if invited you'll be given full instructions on participation.
