This program seeks to address gender-specific challenges in agriculture, enabling women to thrive as leaders in the industry and catalyze agricultural transformation in Africa. Through virtual bootcamps, expert-led training, mentorship, and tailored financial linkages, participants gain the skills, networks, and resources to elevate their agribusinesses, regardless of size, and foster job creation within the agricultural sector.
