The Scholarships comprise His Majesty the King’s Scholarships for Doctoral Programs, His Majesty the King’s Scholarships for Master’s Programs, Her Majesty the Queen’s Scholarships for Master’s Programs and Loom Nam Khong Pijai (GMS Scholarships) for Master’s Programs. It provide students of diverse backgrounds from all countries in Asia to study and conduct research work together in the truly international environment at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
In January 2022, an agreement was signed with Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited (AWN), subsidiary of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), for the company to support five full Master’s scholarships starting from the August 2022 intake to August 2026. The scholarships will be provided to AWN employees or AIT Thai students enrolled in any program (preferably Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (DS&AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) Systems Engineering) in the School of Engineering & Technology (SET).
