The Babatunde Olusola Benson Education Foundation runs a scholarship program aimed at assisting brilliant Nigerian students, who are indigenes of the Ikorodu division, in their post-secondary academic goals.
The scholarship program, funded by the B.O. Benson Education Foundation (BOBEF) is a major component of the BOBEF’s operating ethos. The criteria for the awards include academic records, essays, extra-curricular activities, work experience, financial need, special family or personal circumstances and an outside recommendation.Applications are invited from FULL TIME 100 and 200 level undergraduates who are Indigenes of the Ikorodu Division and are studying any first-degree program at an approved Federal or State University in Nigeria.
The Babatunde Olusola Benson Education Foundation was set up so that members of the Ikorodu community could have a better access to higher education.Chief Babatunde Olusola Benson (SAN), the founder, was a legal practitioner of over half a century of experience.
