The HR team supports the employee journey from hiring and onboarding to development and engagement, helping create positive workplace experience. We work closely with employees and leaders to build an efficient, people-centered, and collaborative organization.

What awaits you?

• Support internal branding and content creation including designing newsletters, posters, and short-form videos.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
• Assist internal training programs through schedule management, participant communication, and feedback reporting.
• Support internal events, employee engagement programs, and culture campaigns.
• Provide general HR administrative support including data management and documentation.

Requirements for BMW Financial Services Korea HR Intern Internship Qualification

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to use design tools such as Miricampus, Mangoboard or similar tools with a good sense of visual design
• Proficiency in MS office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Words
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to learn and take initiatives
• Fluent English communication skills 
• Experience in planning and creating short-form or video content is a plus
