The team at the BMW Group develops innovative solutions for leasing and financing processes worldwide. During your internship, you will support the digitalization of application and credit checks and actively contribute to process optimization and improving the customer experience. 

What can you expect?

• You will support the optimization of global BMW Financial Services processes in application management.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the analysis of professional and technical requirements and jointly derive IT solutions.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to measuring product performance and KPIs and derive appropriate measures.
• You will also support the implementation and management of global projects.
• You will assist in preparing decision-making documents for management circles.

• Studies in business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable field.
• Ideally, knowledge and initial practical experience with digital solutions.
• Analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Interest in and affinity for IT and processes.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English skills.
