BMW Group Intern for International Staffing and Global Assignments 2026

The team at the BMW Group supports all planning, management, and governance tasks for international personnel assignments and global assignments. They define principles regarding assignment types, compensation, and benefits in more than forty countries and over two hundred locations worldwide. They provide guidance and support to employees during their assignments abroad and within the BMW Group in Germany.

What can you expect?

• You will gain insight into key tasks in human resources management and, in particular, into the principles of international assignments.
• Furthermore, you will support our team in the preparation, execution and follow-up of national and international workshops.
• Furthermore, you will participate in the regular exchange with our international locations and help with updating the internal, international knowledge management.
• In addition, you will contribute to the creation of presentations in PowerPoint as well as evaluations and analyses in Excel.
• You will provide support for current national and international projects.
• You will participate in the independent processing of tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.

Requirements for BMW Group Internship Qualification

• Second half of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences, International Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or Internationalization, or a comparable degree program.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Structured work methods.
• Interest in the international environment and intercultural diversity, as well as AI.
