Requirements for Maintenance Area Leader Qualification
- Educational Background – a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience or qualifications in maintenance are also valuable.
- Work Experience - minimum 3 years in an industrial maintenance leadership role or similar positions within the automotive industry, particularly in highly automated production environments.
- Language skills - fluency in Hungarian and intermediate English is required.
- Leadership Skills - strong sustainable leadership qualities and skills to effectively guide and develop your team.
- Work schedule - willingness to work in shifts.
