BMW Group Motorcycle Motorsport Intern 2026

The team at the BMW Group is dedicated to motorcycle motorsport, both in series development and racing with the BMW Motorrad M RR models. You will support the team in an exciting environment where passion for motorcycles meets technical excellence.

What can you expect?

• You will support our team in motorcycle motorsport, for example in the project process of series development or in the activities surrounding the BMW Motorrad factory team.
• Furthermore, you will learn about the processes involved in the creation of vehicles as well as the various thematic focuses of development.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the documentation and preparation of work results and help us with the planning and execution of test and validation drives.
• In addition, you will be involved in the management and implementation of small special projects that are coming up in our team in the next few months.
• Your exciting range of tasks is rounded off by your involvement in day-to-day operations.

Requirements for Praktikant Motorrad Motorsport (w/m/x) Internship Qualification

• Studies in engineering, ideally with a focus on automotive engineering or mechanical engineering, or a comparable course of study.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Driving licence categories A and B.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-initiative and determination.
• Confident demeanor.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
