BMW Group Project Management Intern 2026

The "Change Management Development" team at the BMW Group connects the Group's IT department, central divisions, and the operational and change management teams at the plants. During your internship, you will contribute to the development and implementation of processes, methods, and tools for process management.

What can you expect?

• You will support administrative tasks in project management and participate in the organization, moderation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops.
• Furthermore, you are involved in various projects and support the management of the project teams.
• Furthermore, you contribute to the detailed content and elaboration of topics.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of methods for process improvement and the digitization of individual processes.
• Furthermore, you will learn about agile working methods and support their implementation.

Requirements for BMW Group Project Management Intern Internship Qualification

• Studies in economics, engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally, you have some experience with digital project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Interest in new ways of working, such as agile methods and collaboration tools.
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment in organizing complex projects.
• Very good German and solid English skills.
