• Consolidate warranty service performance data and analyze related trends.
• Support dealership settlement processes using performance data and supporting documentation.
• Analyze and report key performance indicators for warranty and customer care operations.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as required.

Requirements for [BMW Korea] Warranty & Customer Care (Intern) Internship Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• AI, Data analysis(SQI, Python, etc.) and Statistics-related experience preferred.
• Proactive attitude & excellent communication skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI models(Copilot, Claude or the other AI models).
• Fluent in English communication and Native in Korean.
