Charles Sturt University AGcessibility Scholarship 2027

The Anthony Costa Foundation, GO.FARM, and Australian Farming Services have partnered to offer 10 scholarships each year to help grow the Australian agriculture workforce. These scholarships focus on supporting commencing first-year students from low socio-economic backgrounds, First Nations students, and those from regional and remote areas. By providing financial assistance, the program helps recipients complete a university agriculture degree and step into a dynamic, fast-evolving industry. With strong career pathways, solid job security, and long-term, well-paid employment opportunities, these scholarships empower students to build an agriculture career that makes a real difference.

Aim and Benefits of AGcessibility Scholarship Undergraduate Scholarship

• $15,000.
• Students studying part-time will receive $7,500, 50% of the full scholarship value on a pro rata basis.

• Agricultural Business Management
• Agricultural Science
• Agriculture
• Viticulture
• Wine Science

Requirements for AGcessibility Scholarship Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible you must be:

• an actively enrolled Charles Sturt University student commencing in the session awarding
• studying any mode through the Wagga Wagga campus
• enrolled in one of the following courses:
  • Bachelor of Agriculture
  • Bachelor of Agricultural Science
  • Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management
  • Bachelor of Viticulture
  • Bachelor of Wine Science
• meet one of the following criteria:
  • be from a low socio-economic background and complete the financial hardship section of the application
  • be from a regional or rurally isolated area in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland
  • an Indigenous Australian person
• explain your motivation to pursue agriculture and how this scholarship will support your future in the industry
