Application is now open for students in students in Architecture and the environmental sciences to study in Germany in the next academic session. The scholarships are open to masters students across the globe in eligible subject areas.
DAAD scholarships offer graduate applicants the opportunity to continue their education in Germany with a postgraduate or continuing course. The scholarship aims at promoting the exchange of experience, skills and networking amongst colleagues.
DAAD scholarship in Germany is a private, federally funded and state-funded, self governing national agency of the institutions of higher education in Germany, representing 365 German higher education institutions (100 universities and technical universities, 162 general universities of applied sciences, and 52 colleges of music and art) [2003]. To enable scholarship holders to learn German in preparation for their stay in the country, DAAD offers the additional funding.
Foreign applicants who have gained a first university degree in the areas of Architecture, Interior Design, Monument Conservation, Urban Planning/Urban Development, Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, Landscape Planning at the latest by the time they commence their scholarship-supported study programme.
