Dangote Cement Management Trainee Programme
Requirements for Dangote Cement Management Trainee Programme Qualification
- Between 28 and 25 years old
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND – for technical roles)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with ability to influence stakeholders across levels
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in demanding industrial environments

Programme Expectations
Financial software
- Complete an intensive 1-month classroom immersion covering business strategy, economic analysis, cement industry fundamentals, risk management, and leadership.
- Undertake structured rotations across Operations & Technical, Commercial & Distribution, and Corporate Support functions.
- Participate in site visits and extended assignments at major plants and depots to gain firsthand exposure to the industrial environment.
- Work on high-impact projects that address strategic priorities, culminating in a capstone presentation to senior leadership.
- Participate in three leadership labs focused on personal mastery, team leadership, and enterprise leadership.
- Engage actively in mentoring relationships with cross-border C-level executives
- Maintain a reflective development journal and engage in peer learning circles
- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and influence skills in challenging environments, including manufacturing plant conditions and high-stakes business scenarios
