The 30% Club is a global movement of international Chairs and CEOs who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organisations through voluntary actions.
The movement aims to reach a 30% female gender balance on Irish boards and executive management levels by 2025. DCU is committed to addressing this imbalance by offering one talented female candidate the opportunity to further their career by studying a part-time postgraduate programme of their choice at DCU Business School.

This is a €10,000 fee scholarship to be used for part-time postgraduate study.
The successful candidate must be female and applying to a part-time postgraduate programme here in DCU Business School
An applicant must submit the following:
• A curriculum vitae, which sets out qualifications and work experience (the CV should be limited to three pages).
• A letter of application which outlines why the applicant should be considered for the scholarship (word limit = 750 words). The letter should indicate which part-time postgraduate programme offered by DCU Business School interests the applicant.
