Requirements for Deakin Law Students Society Scholarship Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

Ensure you meet all criteria before submitting an application. To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be:

• a domestic student
• enrolled in Trimester 1, 2027, in a Bachelor of Laws or a related double degree at Deakin University
• enrolled in the second year or later of your degree, and have completed a minimum of 8 credit points
• able to demonstrate financial hardship through the receipt of a Centrelink benefit or have a personal or family taxable income below the threshold determined by the University.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Deakin Law Students Society Scholarship Undergraduate Scholarship

• The scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest Weighted Average Mark (WAM), calculated using only the law units you have completed to date.

How to Apply

• Register and log in to Deakin's Scholarship Application Portal, then select 'Undergraduate Scholarship Application Tri/Sem 1 2027'. If eligible, your application will be considered for this scholarship and any others you may be eligible for.
• Numbers of this scholarship are limited; not all eligible applicants will receive one. If you're successful, you'll be notified via email; usually within six weeks of the application closing date. Unsuccessful applicants will not be contacted.
