EJS Center Amujae Initiative for African Women Public Leaders 2025

Every year, EJS select 15 extraordinary African women who are already making waves in politics and public service.  Through the transformative leadership development experiences, EJS fuel their ambition, sharpen their skills, and connect them with a network that spans generations. These women become part of a powerful sisterhood—a community of trailblazers united by a common purpose: to lead, to serve, and to pave the way for those who will follow.
