Requirements for Erasmus University Rotterdam Fellowship Qualification
- To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the given criteria:
- Academic thinking and working level
- At least three years of work experience, preferably in energy and transition issues
- Demonstrated experience in working as an intermediary between research and industry
- The ability to act as a trusted sparring partner for top scientists and decision-makers from business and societal partners
- The ability to quickly understand and tackle complex problems
- Affinity with research and the relationship between excellent fundamental research and significant societal challenges
- A relevant network in the private sector and in public institutions and the ability to activate and expand this network to build public-private partnerships
- A proactive, enterprising, hands-on, flexible and open attitude
- Good social skills, a keen eye for different interests/motivations
