ESMT Berlin 2022 MBA Women's Scholarships

The 30% Club is a global gender diversity campaign which aims to increase the number of women on boards, and throughout the pipeline. It started in the UK in 2010 with a goal of achieving a minimum of 30% women on FTSE-100 boards -- currently the figure stands at 26.1% up from 12.5%. The 30% Club aims to develop a diverse pool of talent for all businesses through the efforts of its Chair and CEO members, who are committed to better gender balance at all levels of their organizations. Business leadership is key to the 30% Club mission, taking the issue beyond a specialist diversity effort and into mainstream talent management.

ESMT Berlin and the 30% Club are committed to addressing gender imbalance and to helping more women reach influential positions. The 30% Club/ESMT MIM Scholarship has been established to encourage and support outstanding women who are aspiring towards leadership roles.

• The successful applicants of ESMT MBA Women's Scholarships in Germany, 2019 will receive:
  • 30% Club / ESMT MBA Women's Scholarship: up to EUR 15,000.
  • Women's Scholarships: up to EUR 10,000.

Requirements for ESMT Berlin Masters Scholarship Qualification

• The ESMT MBA Women's Scholarship 2022 is available to international students, who received an offer to the European School of Management and Technology.
• Female candidates who have excelled in leadership positions during their career or the candidates who have a clear path toward leadership in the future can apply for the scholarship.
• The candidates applying for ESMT MBA Women's Scholarship 2022 are asked to submit an essay on the online application form stating how they qualify for the scholarship.
