Requirements for University of Strathclyde Faculty of Science Health & Care Futures MSc and PhD Scholarships Qualification
In order to be awarded a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health and Care Futures initiative, candidates must:
- be a new student holding an offer of admission for one of the following MSc or PhD degrees commencing in academic year 23/24 or 24/25:
- Be currently employed in the NHS

- Applicants must meet all of the above eligibility criteria to be considered for a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health & Care Futures initiative
- To receive their scholarship, awardees must enrol in Year 1 of one of the above programmes in the 2023/24 or 2024/25 academic year and continue to meet all of the above eligibility criteria throughout their studies
- The scholarship will be awarded towards the payment of a student’s tuition fee. For students studying for more than one academic year, the award will be made in each year of study, subject to academic progression
- Students who defer their offer of admission will not be eligible
- Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis. Awards may be allocated early in the application cycle
- Students are only eligible to hold one scholarship per academic year from the University of Strathclyde
- The Faculty of Science's decision on the awarding of scholarships is final. Appeals will not be considered
