Aim and Benefits of Macquarie University PhD Scholarship

Successful applicants of the PhD Scholarship in Developing New Laser Diagnostic Techniques, 2021 will receive the following benefits-

• Tuition Fee Offset.
• Living Allowance Stipend.
• The value and tenure of the scholarship is a “MQRES” full-time stipend rate of $28,597 per annum (in 2021 tax-exempt for up to 3 years - indexed annually).

Requirements for Macquarie University PhD Scholarship Qualification

• Open to all international students.
• Applicants must have a bachelor or higher award from a recognised institution
• Applicants must have a minimum overall GPA of 4.38 on a 7 point scale and GPA of 5.25 at 300 level
• Applicants must submit a research proposal (a short paragraph is sufficient).
• Applicants must have a high level of English language proficiency.
