The Constellations Fellowship provides students and recent graduates with professional virtual internships within our global network of Keeling Curve Prize Laureates and Finalists.
We are fostering the next generation of climate leaders by connecting students and recent graduates to professional opportunities within our global network of climate organizations. The Constellations Fellowship offers 12-14 weeks of 100% remote entry-level career experience in the field. Fellows gain real-life, hands-on professional development and career-building skills.
Climate innovation is on the rise, but capital and workforce talent are far behind pace. We need to rapidly scale funding and resources for climate entrepreneurs to meet 2030 goals. Tackling the complexities of global warming requires a multifaceted approach across all sectors, industries, regions, and approaches. All fellows receive a $1,000 stipend upon the completion of their fellowship. The Global Warming Mitigation Project is continuing to eagerly advocate for sponsorship of Constellations to progress the program towards accessibility, allowing students to deepen their leadership in the climate movement.?
The fellowship program is open to anyone, from high school students to recent college graduates.?

I have participated in the fellowship program before, can I reapply?
Yes, of course! We love receiving applications from our Constellations Alumni.
Applications are currently OPEN for Spring 2024. Applications close on Monday, January 1st 2024. Spring semester will run from Monday, February 5th to Monday, May 13th.
