Requirements for Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme Qualification

• Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in the following fields: BSC Engineering
•  South African citizen
• Good tertiary academic results
• Computer Literate
• Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities
• The person should have a strong performance record that can be verified from past tasks and assignments
• Be able to effectively interact with persons of diverse backgrounds and education levels.
• Have good analytical and problem resolving capabilities.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Heineken Beverages Management Trainee Programme

Duration of Programme: A 18-month period comprising of

• Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis Planning
• Improvement projects and workplace exposure
• Stand in periods for specific job roles
• The business value-chain and core business fundamentals

Structure

• An intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams gaining exposure in the dynamic manufacturing environment,gaining exposure in   challenging and exciting projects.
• Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
