Department of Surgery and Cancer Bursaries

Aim and Benefits of Department of Surgery and Cancer Bursaries

£2,000 towards the tuition fee rate for 2025-26. For part-time study, £1,000 will be awarded for each year of the two-year degree.

Requirements for Department of Surgery and Cancer Bursaries Qualification

To be eligible to apply for the funding, applicants must:

• Have received an offer of admission to study within the Department of Surgery and Cancer, commencing in Autumn 2025.

• To receive the funding, you must have accepted your offer of admission and fulfilled all offer criteria

Interview date, Process and Venue for Department of Surgery and Cancer Bursaries

Once you have received your offer of admission, please submit a statement of no more than 500 words outlining:

• Why the funding will be beneficial to your studies and help you to achieve your academic goals.

• How it will contribute to your future or continuing career plans.
