International Baccalaureate 2020 University of the People M.Ed. Scholarships

Application are now being accepted from eligible and qualified international students for the International Baccalaureate Masters programme at the University of the People (UoPeople). Scholarships will be awarded to the students who demonstrate a commitment to education, the International Baccalaureate pedagogy, and their local community.

About International Baccalaureate (IB)

IB University of the People M.Ed. Scholarships

Aim and Benefits of IB University of the People M.Ed. Scholarships

The scholarships will provide funding for up to 13 courses for the UoPeople M.Ed. degree.

Requirements for IB University of the People M.Ed. Scholarships Qualification

To be considered for the International Baccalaureate Scholarship at University of the People 2020, applicants are to meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be prospective or enrolled students of the University of People’s Master of Education in Advanced Teaching Degree.
• Applicants must have some teaching experience, demonstrate a commitment to education, the IB pedagogy and their local community.
• Applicants cannot already hold a master’s degree
• Prospective students must provide proof of admission within 60 days of being awarded the scholarship. Enrolled students must be in good academic and financial standing with University of the People.
• Applicants must agree to the award terms and conditions prior to receiving any funding from the IB.

Application Deadline

How to Apply

Applicants are to apply for the scholarship before the application deadline. Prospective students are to apply first for admission into the master of education course at University of the People and be admitted for the program. Applicants must provide all the necessary information required and also attach relevant supporting documents.
