ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries presents the 9-months Technical Skills Development Programme.
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), in collaboration with Nigerian Breweries Plc, invite application from qualified young Nigerians of sound character and learning potential to undertake an intensive 9-month training programme on Technical Skills Development in the fields of Mechanical/Automation Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics & Distribution.
OBJECTIVES
Nigerian Breweries Plc, the pioneer and largest brewing Company in Nigeria was incorporated in 1946 as "Nigerian Brewery Limited". In June 1949, the Company recorded a landmark when the first bottle of STAR lager beer rolled out of its Lagos Brewery bottling lines. In 1957,the company commissioned its second brewery in Aba and the name became "Nigerian Breweries Limited". This was followed by Kaduna Brewery in 1963 and lbadan Brewery in 1982. Successful candidates will enjoy free tuition and lunch. The programme is non-residential, with training at the Supply Chain Academy of Nigerian Breweries Plc located in Ibadan and attachment in any of our Brewery Locations in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode and Kaduna. Trainees will not be entitled to a salary during the period of training. They will only be entitled to a monthly stipend.
