- Be new self-funded international fee-paying students from Europe.
- Enrol in a standard undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate taught (PGT) programme at LSBU.
- Have successfully completed a recognised European pre-university qualification.

The scholarship is not applicable for:
- Study Abroad programmes
- Short courses
- Postgraduate Research (PGR) programmes
- Any other non-standard programmes
EU students currently residing in the UK with pre-settled status are not eligible for this scholarship.
