Requirements for Actuarial Excellence Grant - Postgraduate Qualification

To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; the holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa; or any temporary entry visa holder (student visa).
  • Be commencing postgradute in Actuarial Studies at Macquarie University in Session 1 2026.
  • Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 85+ in related undegraduate degree.

No separate application is required. Commencing students are to be assessed based on Weighted Average Mark (WAM) 85+ from a cognate degree.
