Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship 2026

This scholarship is awarded to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship (VCIS) is awarded to recognise academic excellence for international students. This is a highly competitive scholarship based on academic merit and is awarded to talented students intending to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s coursework degree at Macquarie University. This scholarship provides up to AUD $10,000 applied towards your tuition fee. This is a very limited scholarship, so we encourage you to accept your offer and scholarship early to avoid disappointment.

Requirements for Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree and meet the following criteria:

• Achieve a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for postgraduate applications; or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 for undergraduate applications.
• Commence study in the session and year indicated in your scholarship letter of offer.
• Other study levels (eg. Macquarie University College pathway programs, Study Abroad) may be considered on a case by case basis

How to Apply

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must first receive a full offer to study at Macquarie University and then complete a short scholarship application form.
