Aim and Benefits of McKinsey Women’s Internship & Scholarship Fellowship

• The Australia and New Zealand offices are offering a number of internship opportunities and for a select few, the opportunity to also receive a $20,000 scholarship.
• The internship process is a potential pathway to receiving a full-time business analyst offer upon completion of your studies.
• You will also be assigned a mentor to help navigate your final year of studies before joining the firm as a business analyst.

Requirements for McKinsey Women’s Internship & Scholarship Fellowship Qualification

•  To be eligible, you must be a penultimate or pre-penultimate student who self-identifies as a woman, and be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident currently residing in either country.
• You will be asked to complete Solve, gamified digital assessment, which requires no additional preparation and can be completed online.

Documents Required for Application

• Your application should include your CV (clearly stating your high school with high school grade e.g. ATAR/OP/VCE/SACE score as well as your current university WAM/GPA) and all academic transcripts.
• Please also indicate your preferred office location: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Canberra, or Auckland.
