Ministry of Finance and Commerce (MOFCOM) Scholarship - China, 2026 Program

The State Department for Higher Education is in receipt of communication from the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development informing of a scholarship from the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Finance and Commerce (MOFCOM). The scholarship is open to eligible public servants who would wish to pursue Masters and PhD programs in China. Nominees of the program must be formally sanctioned by the employer and meet the requirements for nomination as per the rules and regulations governing foreign training in the Public Service. The applicant is required to read the programme descriptions carefully, prepare the application material in strict adherence to course requirements, complete online application and complete all the application procedures.

• Should be in good health and fit to participate in the program;
• Bachelor’s degree holder; and
• At least two (2) years working experience

• The hard copy of the completed scholarship form and scanned copies of all application materials should be submitted to Teleposta Towers 2nd Floor Room No. 32 on or before 8th May 2026.
