This scholarship is for students enrolling in postgraduate studies who are refugees or were born in a country other than Australia and have resided in Australia for 12 months or more.

Aim and Benefits of Monash University Masters Scholarship

• $6000 per annum (48 credit points of study) for the duration of the degree.

Requirements for Monash University Masters Scholarship Qualification

• An Australian citizen
• A New Zealand citizen
• Australian permanent resident
• Australian humanitarian visa holder

You must meet the following criteria:

• A commencing or continuing student enrolled or intending to enrol in a postgraduate (coursework) degree at a Monash campus in Australia
• From a refugee and/or migrant background*
• Experiencing low income.

Interested and qualified? Go to Monash University on www.vtac.edu.au to apply

• Applications for Year 12 students are open 1 August - 7 October 2022, submit a scholarship application through VTAC
• For current Monash students, applications are open 3 January - 16 February (12 noon) 2023 apply directly to Monash.
• This scholarship cannot be deferred.
