Monash University International Leadership Scholarship 2026

International students from all countries who have received an undergraduate course offer from Monash will automatically be considered for the Monash International Leadership Scholarship. As a scholarship recipient you will receive a 100% tuition sponsorship for the duration of your degree, and the opportunity to develop learning and leadership skills as an ambassador for Monash University.

Aim and Benefits of Monash University Undergraduate Scholarship

• 100% course fees paid until the minimum number of points for your degree are completed (excludes OSHC, accommodation and living costs).
• Participation in the Campus Ambassador Program from your second semester of study.
• Invitation to apply for a place in Monash Minds, a leadership program for first-year students.

Requirements for Monash University Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

You must be one of the following:

• An International student

You must meet the following criteria:

• You must have received a full Monash course offer with no conditions
• You must intend to enrol full-time in an undergraduate degree at a Monash campus in Australia
• You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are:
  • a current Monash student.
  • studying an Australian Year 12. You may be eligible for the Monash International Scholarship for Excellence.
  • are commencing in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Honours) course or the Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD).
  • in Monash Pathway programs (e.g. Monash College and Monash University Foundation Year).
  • transferring from another Monash campus or applying to Monash from another Australian University.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Monash University Undergraduate Scholarship

• Based on academic achievement.

To retain this scholarship:

• You must maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 70 each semester.
• You are required to participate in the Campus Ambassador Program from your second semester of study for the duration of the scholarship.
• You are required to provide a student profile for use in relevant Monash marketing, recruitment and promotional materials and/or events.

• No applications required. Students that have received an undergraduate course offer from Monash will automatically be considered.
• Can be deferred within the same calendar year only.
