Newcastle University is pleased to offer 16 partial Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships to assist EU students to study an undergraduate degree or postgraduate taught Master’s degree.

About Newcastle University

Newcastle University (Officially, the University of Newcastle upon Tyne) is a public research university located in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North-East of England. Requirements for Newcastle University Vice-Chancellor's Excellence Scholarships Qualification

To be considered for awards applicants must:

• Be domiciled in an EU member state.
• Be assessed as international for fee purposes.
• Have been offered a place to study on an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate taught course (including MRes) at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2024/25 academic year.
• Already have or expect to receive the equivalent of an upper second class UK honours degree or above for postgraduate awards and a minimum of AAB at A level or equivalent for undergraduate awards.
• Eligible candidates will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application
