The educational program is designed for talented and motivated students to help in their study and shape their future, who want to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate study at NUI Galway.

Awards for South East Asian students are valued at €1,000, €2,000 and €4,000 for those commencing study at NUI Galway in September 2022.
Undergraduate Students from South East Asia that have accepted an offer to study at NUI Galway commencing September 2022 will be considered for these awards. Our South East Asian Scholarships are available to high-achieving students from Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Scholarships applicants are assessed based on academic merit. In addition, applicants will be asked to submit a Personal Scholarship Statement. (500 words maximum) covering the following points:
