The Reg Sprigg Indigenous Education Assistance Grant has been established by a gift from Dr. Reg Sprigg to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program of study at the University of Adelaide.

The scholarship provides $1,000

Requirements for Reg Sprigg Indigenous Education Assistance Grant Qualification

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must:

• Be undertaking study in any undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program
• Be an Australian Citizen of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent
• Demonstrate you are in financial need*

* Applicants must demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, e.g. details of income tested Commonwealth income support payment, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances.

Interview date, Process and Venue for Reg Sprigg Indigenous Education Assistance Grant

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:

• Academic merit (GPA or ATAR)
• Financial need
• Answers to questions on the application form
