Established in 2024, the Jay and Marilyn Ng Malaysian Scholarship is available to full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University. The objective is to motivate outstanding undergraduates who are Malaysians or Malaysians who are Singapore Permanent Residents to achieve academic excellence and to accord appropriate recognition to the recipients of the Scholarship for their accomplishments.

Aim and Benefits of Jay and Marilyn Ng Malaysian Scholarship
- $12,500 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fee)
- Tenable for up to 4 study years, subject to continued observance of eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions of award
Requirements for Jay and Marilyn Ng Malaysian Scholarship Qualification
- Full-time incoming freshman enrolled in any degree programme
- Malaysian or Malaysian who are Singapore Permanent Resident
- Possess good academic results
- Demonstrated leadership and communications skills with record of co-curricular activity and/or community service involvement.
Interview date, Process and Venue for Jay and Marilyn Ng Malaysian Scholarship
- Bond-free scholarship
- The Recipient must not hold any other awards of similar nature during the tenure of the Award, except with the prior written approval of the University
