 Southeast Missouri State University for international students. Scholarship recipients must maintain full-time enrollment each semester and be able to demonstrate lawful presence in the US. Requirements for Bachelor Qualification

• Students are ineligible if awarded a scholarship intended to cover tuition & fees from any outside or institutional sources
• Students are ineligible for all international scholarships if they become a Missouri Resident for fee-paying purposes or receive the Nonresident Alumni Award.
• Undergraduate awards apply only to a first bachelor's.
• Applicants need to have a Southeast cumulative 2.5 GPA and complete 24 Southeast credit hours (may include Southeast summer hours).
• There is no deadline for the scholarship.
