The Graduate Trainee Program of Stanbic Bank Ghana has been designed to build capacity and create a sustainable pipeline in our group by developing young, talented, trained professionals for our future. It is an intensive program and unique opportunity for young people who are resourceful and passionate about building a fast-tracked career and helping us drive our success into the future.
Program Details
- The program spans over 24 months to equip participants with the necessary post-qualification experience in several disciplines within the Bank.
- Graduates Trainees will be required to work in varied work roles/ locations and contexts with increasing levels of complexity.
- The program would entail job rotations across selected units within the bank.

Requirements for Stanbic Bank Ghana Graduate Trainee Program Qualification
- Ghanaian citizen aged 23–25 who has completed National Service.
- Type of Qualification: Minimum Second-Class Upper Honours with a GPA of not less than 3 in any course from an accredited University.
- Field of Study: Business Administration/Economics/Actuarial Science/ Statistics/ Data Analytics
