Student trainee in Customer Service and Business Development at BMW Motorrad 2027

The team develops innovative solutions for customer service at BMW Motorrad and supports operational and strategic business development in aftersales. You will be particularly involved in the further development of the spare tire business for BMW Motorrad.

What can you expect?

• You will support the team in the planning and coordination of exciting projects, especially for the spare tire business.
• Furthermore, you will learn about the international processes and standards in the replacement tire business and participate in the implementation of new concepts.
• Furthermore, you will support the strategic development of performance management for service, parts and accessories.
• In addition, you will play a coordinated role in supporting the operational aftersales business and work closely with external agencies, suppliers, international subsidiaries and central BMW Group departments.
• You will also create presentations and communication materials and prepare committee meetings and workshops.

Requirements for Werkstudent Kundenservice und Business Development BMW Motorrad Training Qualification

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, communication studies or a comparable field of study.
• Ideally in the second half of the bachelor's degree program or during the master's degree program.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerBI, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Teamwork and communication skills as well as analytical thinking skills.
• Affinity for motorcycles.
• Fluent German and English skills.
