The Braithwaite Family Foundation Scholarship for Medical Physics 2025

Surrey’s MSc in Medical Physics is well established and includes all aspects of the modern applications of physics to medicine. This scholarship will cover the fees of a UK student on our MSc Medical Physics programme (£12,300 for 2025/26).

Requirements for The Braithwaite Family Foundation Scholarship Qualification

The scheme is open to:

• UK applicants holding a second-class degree or higher in Physics or a related subject.

IELTS requirements.

6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in each other element.

To apply for this scholarship, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Braithwaite Scholarship", and include:

• Your CV, including the names of two referees
• A cover letter, explaining your motivation for applying and what interests you about medical physics.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview with academic staff and members of the Braithwaite family. Interviews will take place in early September 2025.

Deadline for applications: 31 August 2025.
