This scholarship is valued at $35,950 per annum and is tenable for 3.5 years.

Requirements for The University of Sydney PhD Scholarship Qualification

• Have an unconditional offer of admission to undertake PhD on a full-time basis at the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
• Hold an Honours degree (First Class) or a First Class Honours Equivalent Degree or a Master's degree preferably in psychology, neuroscience or pharmacology.
• Have Experience in the mental health or drug and alcohol sector or related fields, such as psychology, pharmacology, neuroscience, medicine, pharmacology, biostatistics or computer modelling (desirable)
• Be willing to undertake research in the Clinical Neuroscience of Addiction under the supervision of Professor Kirsten Morley and Professor Paul Haber.
